Do i need ID? & Whats the age limit at Poppin OUt?
This is a licensed 18+ event. Patrons are required to present photo ID as proof of age in order to obtain entry to the event.
Valid forms of ID are a Proof Of Age Card, Driver’s Licence or Passport.
what time does it start and finish?
Doors open at 1pm and we close at 1030pm. Last entry is at 930pm. There will be 2 official afterparties this year, keep posted to our instagram for all the info! There are no presale tickets to the afterparties, it's first in first served.
do you accept cash or card?
Poppin Out is 100% cashless.

Our tickets are non-refundable as per our terms & conditions.

CAN I BRING A CHAIR?
Sorry we don't permit any external furniture, but don't sorry we have plenty inside. You can bring a picnic blanket if you wish.
CAN I BRING A BAg?
For expedited entry to Poppin Out, we advise against bringing a bag. Nevertheless, if necessary, small bags smaller than an A4 piece of paper are allowed. Please note that bags larger than A4 size are not permitted due to security concerns, and there are no storage facilities available.
Can i bring food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are prohibited at the event. However, we have food vendors conveniently situated on site, along with bars strategically placed in key areas. These establishments offer a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages, including options with low or no alcohol content, as well as a variety of soft drinks.You can bring in a sealed water bottle or an empty plastic water bottle to use our refill stations.
can i bring a professional camera?
The use of unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly forbidden.
can i leave at come back?
Once you have entered the event, re-entry to the site is not allowed. Please ensure that you have all your necessary belongings with you upon entry.In the event of exceptional circumstances requiring re-entry, kindly reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 1st February 2024, so we can make appropriate arrangements for you.As this is an outdoor event, we advise you to come prepared for all weather conditions.
Do you have payment plans for tickets?
Our ticketing partner Megatix offers payment plans, they also offer Afterpay, Zip pay, PayPal and of course credit cards. Please visit our ticketing section.
Can I bring my medication with me? How do I do this?
If you need to bring in prescription or over-the-counter medication, you will need to make sure it is clearly labelled with the prescription in your name and in its original packaging.Please be aware security may ask Poppin Out's medical team to check your medication upon arrival. If you’re unsure or have any questions, get in touch with us via contact page.
Will there be first aid?
First Aid tent will be in operation at Poppin Out from start to finish and is the place to go if you or one of your friends aren’t feeling well. Not sure what’s wrong? Or think maybe you just need a rest? Better to be on the safe side and talk to our First Aid operators – they’ll be able to help or send you along to someone else who can.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and eco-friendly event: nobody enjoys dancing amidst litter! Please recycle your cans, dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins, and be mindful of the event boundaries.
If you misplace an item at Poppin Out, please stop by our help desk—someone may have turned it in! For post-event inquiries, kindly email us at email@example.com. Unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated after 7 days, with passports being handed over to the police.
Will there be merch?
Absolutely, these will be on sale at the help desk. And selected items at the main bars.

The prohibited items are implemented to ensure the overall safety and well-being of attendees.Forbidden items include:
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
Alcohol brought in from outside the event
Open, unsealed, or partly full bottles of water, juice, soft drinks, etc. (empty, sealed, or unopened water bottles are allowed)
Glass of any kind
Weapons of any kind, including knives
Fireworks, flares, and fire-twirling paraphernalia (sticks, balls, etc.)
Video and audio recording devices, including Go Pros (except for mobile phones)
Professional still cameras (small still cameras are permitted)
Protest paraphernalia and banners
Scooters, bikes, including e-scooters or e-bikes, or any motorized vehicles
Culturally sensitive items and attire
Clothing, jewelry, or accessories displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organizations or any “declared organization” within the meaning of the Crimes (Criminal Organisation Control) Act 2009
Strictly no animals, with the exception of service or assistance animals
Any other items deemed illegal, offensive, or potentially dangerous.
